Just for you Jutwallah, this is the famous haircut. Susan drove into town, it was really tight and in some places it was so tight I didnt think we'd make it but she did very well and we eventually found the car park - the clutch was stinking! Note for the future, park on the outskirts of town.
After parking, we took the dogs and walked up into town, this was the first arty thing we spotted, the fountain of horses heads.
Not sure of this flowr, I'm sure Sandy will tell us!

This is the view over the town to the other side of the valley, it's looking south and I'd expected to see Gibraltar but it's not there, must be behind a hill.
We walked up these steps, there was a buzz around town and I think the festival must be coming soon.

We carried on through the town, again looking south, freshly painted walls and Cacti
This is a Lilly of some sort we think unless someone thinks otherwise.
Yet another odd fountain thingy.

This is the first time kids have shown any interest in us or the dogs. These 2 girls came over and asked the dogs names then spent ages clapping them.
Yet another arty thingy, we didnt see any artists though.

We drove back via Jimera to walk the dogs along the tracks there for a while, the river is still too fast for them. Into dia for some Ice cream then home for Dinner. The apprentice is on tonight so we'll watch that.

Nice haircut!
Flower is Linum Perenne Blue Flax, I think.
My book says that it flowers in June, but that is in UK.
