Next set of visitors

Sorry I missed another day, it's hard to keep the blog going when we have so many visitors.
Monday:
It was pretty wet so we decided to go to the coast with the dogs and give them a good run on the beach, we are heading to Ronda tonight and obviously the airport on Tuesday so we felt it was a good idea to give them a good run.
We drove through wind and rain to Sabinillas and parked in the usual place. We had coffee in the usual cafe, thankfully Dan did not honk up on the floor this time. Ian, Holly and I walked them along the beach to Duquesa, the rain went off for a bit so it was relatively dry for us. We threw the ball for ages and really tried to tire them out. The beach was empty except for the man cleaning up.
When we got to Duquesa we had a drink in a Mexican restaurant which we had never been to before and we found them to be very friendly. It started to rain heavily so we had nachos and loaded potato skins to pass the time. The rain showed no intention of going off so I took the decision to walk the dogs back and get the car, there was no point in all of us getting wet so off I set, throwing the ball again down the beach.
I drove back, collected the rest and we drove home to Cortes. A lazy afternoon, the Milnes packed and then we set off for Ronda for a meal.
Pam and Susan wanted Paella so we looked round until we found a suitable Restaurant, we had a good meal and headed back to Cortes. On the way back we were stopped by a man in the dark who's car had broken down, we loaded him in the boot and drove him to Estaction Cortes where his friend lives. He was from Belgium and moaned a lot but he was happy that we had given him a lift.
Another later night and we have to be up early in the morning.
Tuesday
We rose to torrential rain and low cloud, Holly was not feeling well, so she did not join us for breakfast. We set off at 8 for Malaga, the journey was slow and wet but no real hassles except the usual queue for the airport turnoff.
We dropped the Milnes off at the departures then had a coffee when they had checked in, said our farewells and off them went. We had really enjoyed having them - they were great guests (anyone that likes dogs is good for us).
We hung around the airport for a while until Dave and Ali arrived, it was good to see them but we are sorry the weather is crap and looks like it will be so for the next few days. The drive home was misty and wet, we stopped at La Canada for a meal and messages.
When we arrived here, wine and gin was consumed and somehow the conversation turned to TV and Radio Rentals. We all remember the tv coming from radio Rentals, Dave is unhappy that his mother lied to him over the Rental TV, apparently she told them that they had to save up to get things but then rented a telly.
Sorry no photographs but the weather was not conducive to photography.
