The first Rain

We did a lot today but there does not seem to be much too report. It started late with breakfast then I walked the dogs down to the Station using the old path. Susan came to collect me. We met a few dogs on the way but they were all friendly or scared. We walked 3.89k then got driven back up the road.

Tony drove us to Puerto Banus, down the San Pedro road, it was hairy on the bends and we got stuck behind lorries. The rain clouds were gathering and it was getting cold.

This is Susan and Lisa at one of the many viewpoints, see the rain clouds in the background.
We parked underground in the usual place, had coffee and cake in the cafe in El Corte Ingles then walked round the harbour looking at expensive cars and boats that we could never afford but dreamed of doing so. The usual Botox crowd were hanging around.
We headed back to El Corte Ingles as we wanted to get another duvet. We split up and went our separate ways, I spotted a hairdresser and wanted a trim so booked an appointment for later on.

Spot the Haircut, my Mother will be horrified - sorry Mum! It'll grow back.
It was decided that dinner should be had in Duquesa for a change so we drove through the rain and traffic to Duquesa and went to the usual Indian, a great meal as usual. The drive home was hairy as it was really foggy, so dense that we could only see about 10 meters ahead. Tony did a sterling job in getting us home safely but it was scary! I hope it is better for our airport run tomorrow.
