Cortes and the hills near Gaucin
It was a very windy night and we were up for a fair bit of the night worrying about the roof (well Susan was worried about the roof, I was worried about the Satellite dish). We really thought that the tiles were falling off the roof but in the morning all appears well except the movable cowling on the chimney is making a hell of a noise, we must get it fixed.
Mum and Margarets first day, we had a walk round the village with the dogs, went up to the viewpoint by Kirsty and Richards (we must buy sausages), then down to the play park at the end of the village. We never realised that this was an adult exercise area too, we all had a go on the exercise machines and decided we must come along here every morning! We walked back through the town. It is still very windy and at one point we had to turn back and go for a coffee.
We enjoyed the walk through the village and had a nice lunch before Susan and Margaret and Mum took the dogs for a walk down to Estacion. They only got half way and had to call me to collect them as Dan had hurt his paw. By the time I got there he was ok but we headed back anyway.
We set off for the coast to get a few things in the Supermarket then went along to Davids apartment, he had agreed to sort my internet phone box and then we were going out for a curry with them to Duquesa. We had a look round Davids apartment, I took some photographs for his web site and he sorted my voip box.
After that we went to Duquesa for a curry - it was really good. A late night, the dogs were pleased to see us. Still problems with the voip box so if anyone has experience of a Linksys PAP2T and sipgate then I'd love to hear from you.
