6th June

Firstly, sorry this posting is late, thanks to Telefonica (AGAIN) we have no internet or phone service, I'll need to call them tomorrow and find out what's wrong this time, as soon as July comes and we decide to leave Spain I am going to cancel the account, at 72 euros per month and a heap of hassle it's just not worth it.
Also, we've changed the layout of the blog as you will see, to determine whether it is liked or not there is a poll at the bottom of the page, please decide if you like it or not.
We had a really good day, it was going to be a relaxing day but that was not to be. We started with a walk round the town, up the main street, up the hill past John and Jenny's house then through the park, round the hotel, down to the exercise area, up the main street for coffee at Santiago's. A few things at the Veg market then up to the viewpoint by Kirsty and Richard's house and back home.
Sandy is into flags and was able to point out all the etiquette on flag flying, it was very interesting!
After Lunch we sat on the terrace in the sun chatting and eating and drinking. I took the dogs out for a walk then we went to Ronda for a walk round and dinner. Sandy liked Ronda, it was his first trip here.
We wandered round the old town, had a drink by the gorge then went over to the new town. I looked at new Sunglasses then we wandered round the shopping area for a while. We found the Bodega was open so went in there for dinner. It was the usual standard – very good and very cheap.

Up near the park.
In the park overlooking the town

Not sure what variety of rose this is

These flags are aparently correct - thats good!

These are correct too, Sandy is getting angry that he can't find fault in the flag flying!

This old man has probably told his wife he is exercising when in fact he's was mainly playing boules.

This drink was on Flo!

Mum putting money in the candle machine in the church, it's pretty poor that you stick coins in a box to get light bulbs to come on, it's like a fairground attraction. Is this Health and Safety or money grabbing gone mad?

We finished with a nice meal in the Bodega.
