Round the house

We'd planned a lazy day round the house today, there are a few chores we need to attend to. Jenny came round to use the internet and phone to sort out some work for when she gets back on Sunday.

This is the current view from the living room windows, the flowers are now in force, not sure if they will get any better or not, they might have reached their peak now.

We went into town, firstly back to the builders merchant to get a new sealant strip for the shower, she didnt have one but directed us to the Ferreteria by the town square. We drove down to the Peligonno (industrial park) to the small garden shop to get more compost for the tomatoes. It's a great little shop, sells loads of things.

We then walked into the veg market for a few things, then the butchers followed by Dia, a productive shopping day. The ferreteria didnt have the strip but the girl said she'd have it after 5pm.

Home for lunch and a bit of tidying up. We went onto the terrace, I sorted the tomatoes out, I've decided to keep 3 good plants and bin the rest, we're sure they wont be ready by the time we leave and even if they are 3 plants will be enough.

We went back to the town to get the strip but the shop was staffed by another girl, she was not very helpfull and just said she didnt have it. My Spanish is not good enough to say that the other girl said she did - never mind.

This little pony went past pulling a cart, it was tiny, I've seen bigger dogs.
Any ideas what to do with the tomatoe plants, should I be trimming them or anything?

We're making home made burgers for dinner.

There wont be any blog for a few days as I am back in the uk to photograph a Wedding.
